Can I get a transcript and summary of every phone call?
The supervisor routed the question to the support agent
Yes. Every call on your business line is recorded, transcribed and summarized, and the summary reaches you on WhatsApp or email, with what was agreed and what needs doing.
Call transcription in RealOffice.AI works on the calls on your business virtual lines. After every call you get a transcript, an AI call summary with the fields you care about, an updated contact in the CRM, and if you want, an AI agent that takes it from there.
What happens after the call ends
1The recording is saved
The call recording is stored and linked to the line and the contact.
2The call is transcribed
The recording becomes full text, with timestamps for each segment.
3AI reads the transcript
A language model summarizes it from your instructions and extracts fields like name, budget, area or date. You can also hand the transcript to an AI agent that acts on it.
4The details reach their destination
The contact is updated in the CRM, the HTTP calls you configured run, and the summary goes out on WhatsApp or email.
A six-minute call, a three-line message
The summary a realtor gets on WhatsApp a few minutes after the call ends.

Great, I'm sending her three listings now and suggesting a tour on Thursday.

- Failure alertsGet alerted about a failed transcription or an empty recording, so no call disappears quietly.
