What happens after the meeting ends

   Google Meet saves the recording in the Meet Recordings folder in the Google Drive of the account you connected.

   Choose a recording from the list, paste a Drive link, or upload a recording file.

3. 3The meeting is transcribed

   If the source is video, the audio is extracted first. You then get a transcript split by speaker, with a timestamp on each segment.

4. 4The agent reads the transcript

   The agent attached to the profile receives the transcript plus the opening prompt you wrote, writes the summary, and can add a CRM note or task if you built it that way.

Set up meeting transcription

   Name the profile, pick an agent, write the opening prompt, and choose whether to delete the recording after transcription.

   After a Meet, pick the recording from the list, paste a Drive link, or upload a file.

4. 4Review and act

   Read the transcript and the summary. If the agent is built for it, a note or task is already in the CRM.
